Personalization House sells personalized products, and more often than not the personalization is based upon artwork you supply us.

We will always strive to meet your delivery requirements, however issues with artwork and product quantity can slow down our process. If this occurs, we always communicate via email to solve any issues.

Flat Rate Ground Shipping:
All orders are processed in a timely manner, and unless expedited shipping is requested, are shipped free-of-charge to the contiguous 48 states. PH reserves the right to choose the carrier.

Handling Fee:
All orders are charged a flat $5.99 handling fee. This covers the cost of fulfilling orders.

Expedited Shipping:
You have the option of choosing expedited shipping if you need your product(s) in a hurry. The additional charge for expedited shipping is not refundable unless extenuating circumstances exist, such as a product being back ordered. If so, you will be notified by email and may be offered the option to substitute a different item.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: (1-2 days): $44.95

Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Puerto Rico and US Territories:
Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and US Territories for a flat rate of $30.00.

International Shipping:
Any orders being shipped outside of the United States will be quoted on an order by order basis.
